Audrey graduated from Scot Lewis Cosmetology School in 2001. She has always had a passion for making people feel their best. Her main concern is maintaining the integrity of her clients’ hair while providing them with the style they desire.

Audrey became the owner of Designer Hår Salon in June of 2022. She is committed to maintaining a first-class personalized services and treatments that the salon has been know for over 20 years. She consistently stays up to date with advanced education in coloring and cutting techniques. Her specialties are color, foils, and haircutting, including razor cuts and waxing.

Audrey, along with her husband of 22+ years, are parents to two boys and two dogs. In her free time she loves to snuggle her dogs, garden, and enjoy the many lakes in the Chisago Lakes area.

Ashley has been with designers since 2012. Ashley is a very busy mother of 2 kids. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Joni enjoys complete consultations with clients to achieve the style they desire. She listens and give honest feedback, and after achieving the desired look, she enjoys educating her clients on styling techniques so they can maintain their look at home.

Joni has had the opportunity to experience educational shows in New York, Wisconsin, and Minneapolis. She participates in many Aveda, Davines, Redken, and Wella cutting and color classes. She has a maturity behind the chair and yet enjoys the newness of this ever-changing industry.

Sydney graduated from the Aveda Arts and Science Institute in February 2023. She loves working with guests of all ages, both with coloring and cutting. Consultations are a must in her book! This helps her learn about the clients hair type, wishes and concerns along with helping them determine the best products to be using. She loves feedback, if you're not happy, then she's not happy! Sydney is so excited to see you in her chair!!

Amanda never stops educating and working on being her best self, to better serve her guests and her family. 

Amanda works with each individual Guest to create “their” look.  With specialized experience in curly hair and fine hair. She is excited to tackle any fun new style you throw at her!

Taylor Colby has been behind the chair since July of 2023! She loves a good men’s cut, and is always up for a fun color! Her favorite part of being a stylist helping people gain their confidence back! “It makes my day when I can help you leave feeling like a new person, and I’m always open for a good yap session!'“

A little bit about Taylor away from the chair, She can usually be seen at the BMX track on weekends, if not there she enjoys going to car shows with her dad and helping him work on his car!

Jordan, a hairstylist for over 5 years has a real passion for making people feel like the best version of themselves. She loves creating customized looks that fit each clients vibe and lifestyle, all while making sure you feel confident and taken care of.

When she isn’t behind the chair Jordan can usually be found outdoors or just spending time with her friends and family!

With over 30 years of experience in the skincare industry, Gina is a passionate and highly skilled Advanced Practice Esthetician. A proud graduate of the Aveda Institute with honors, she brings decades of knowledge, precision, and care to every treatment. Known for her warm personality and personalized approach, Gina truly loves being a “day maker”—helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and radiant.

She is thrilled to be back at Designer’s, offering advanced skincare services in a space that feels like home. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing facial, targeted skin treatment, or expert advice, Gina is here to guide you every step of the way.

Mary Jo, a proud resident of Chisago City, is celebrated for her exceptional talent as a Master Stylist. She has an innate ability to discover the perfect style and color that complements not only your look but also your personality and budget. With a wealth of experience as a Master Colorist, an Educator of the Year honoree, Associate Director at Aveda’s Research Salon, and Director of a Cosmetology School, Mary Jo possesses the expertise and artistry to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and radiant.

Mary Jo has actively contributed to the Minnesota School of Cosmetology Advisory Boards. A graduate of both Minneapolis Vocational Technical Institute and Minneapolis Globe Business College, she also holds a Minnesota Salon Manager license and has held a Cosmetology School Instructor License. Along with multiple advanced manufacturer certifications, Mary Jo ensures she remains informed on the latest trends and innovations in the world of hair and beauty.
